Rhonda's Natures Way health foods has been in business for over 35 years. There are 2 locations in San Antonio. The 1st store was opened at 624 S.W. Military Dr. at Shoppers City mall. The 2nd store was opened at 8059 Callaghan Rd. @ I10 W. and Callaghan at the Grandview shopping center. My mother, Vera Gross, started and owned the stores till 1999 when I (Rhonda Bone, her daughter) purchased both stores from her. This is when the stores were named Rhonda's Natures Way. We both as well as our staff have a PASSION to help and serve those who come to us .

We offer very high quality products and do research before we receive any new items. We use what we sell and we want the BEST!

The magazine Vitamin Retailer magazine in 2003 chose our stores for the Retail Excellence Award. The criteria for this award is as follows:

Profitability, Traffic, Name recognition, store design and appearance, service level, Merchandising and Marketing techniques, Community and charitable activates, Management ability, Strong since of mission and Creativity/originality.

Ours stores are members of the Natural Products Ass. (NPA) both nationally and regionally. I have been on the NPA-SW board of directors for 4 years and became President of the board as of April 26th 2009. The S.W. region covers Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas. Being a part of this organization helps everyone who wants to shop in a health food store by fighting for our rights in Austin and D.C.

We have been sponsoring the program Duke and the Dr. radio show for 12 years now on KLUP radio 930 on Saturday mornings from 9:00 -10:00 am.
